📵 Do Not Call (DNC) & SMS Opt-Out Policy
Enterprise Sales Software Inc. (SalesGodCrm) respects your privacy and your right to choose how we communicate with you. This policy explains how we comply with federal and state “Do Not Call” (DNC) rules, as well as how you can easily opt out of receiving SMS or phone communications from us.
1. Our Commitment to Compliance
-
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding telemarketing and SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules.
-
We do not knowingly contact any consumer or business phone number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless an exemption applies (e.g., you have given prior express written consent or we have an existing business relationship).
2. How to Opt Out of SMS Messages
If you are receiving text messages from us and no longer wish to do so, you may opt out at any time:
-
Reply “STOP” to any SMS we send you.
-
You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
-
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS from us, except for messages confirming your opt-out or as required by law.
3. How to Opt Out of Calls or Emails
-
To stop receiving marketing calls, simply request to be placed on our internal DNC list during any call, or email us at support@salesgodcrm.com.
-
To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any email we send you.
4. Internal DNC List Maintenance
-
Once you request removal, your number will be added to our internal DNC list within 24 hours.
-
We will not contact you again for marketing purposes at that number, unless you later provide consent or initiate contact.
-
We maintain internal DNC requests for at least five (5) years, in accordance with federal law.
5. Business-to-Business (B2B) Communications
-
While some DNC rules may not apply to business phone numbers, we still honor opt-out requests from business contacts.
-
If you do not wish to receive further communications from us at your business number, please let us know and we will promptly update our records.
